TSYRK offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders.
International orders ship via FedEx, DHL or UPS, with tracking. Please note that recipients are responsible for duties/taxes, which are included and collected at checkout.
Express (2-3) day shipping is available for 30EUR to the EU, 50USD to the US and 50EUR to other international destinations.
TSYRK gladly accepts returns for full priced and pre-order items within 7 days of order delivery date, provided goods are in unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns.
To submit a return request, kindly send an email to hello@tsyrk.com. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions and a return shipping label.
Returns may be accepted at the sole discretion of TSYRK. TSYRK reserves the right to deduct a cleaning or repair fee, if required. TSYRK may return to the customer any items that have been worn, damaged, altered or otherwise effected.
Upon receipt, returns may take up to 5 business days for processing. Once approved, a refund will be applied to the customer's original form of payment.
