ONLINE PURCHASE
How to place an order?
To place an order, select the desired color and size of the product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Pay now”.
How will I know if you received an order?
You will automatically receive an order confirmation email to the email with which the purchase was made, confirming the items in your order and your order number, which you may reference.
How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at hello@tsyrk.com.
SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for your order directly to the email that was used to complete your purchase.
What carriers do you ship with?
We ship via FedEx, UPS and Correos, depending on which service will make sure your order reaches you fastest.
Can I collect my order in store?
You can collect your order in our atelier in Barcelona by appointment. Please contact us to book an appointment at atelier@tsyrk.com.
How much duty and tax will I have to pay?
Orders shipped within the EU will not be subject to any duties, whereas all orders shipped outside the EU are subject to the customs regulations of that country. Taxes are not charged for orders being shipped outside of Spain.
