Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

We offer worldwide 7 days standard shipping through FedEx, DHL, UPS, and DPD (domestic deliveries).

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Our delivery cost differs depending on the delivery location and your order total:

Standard Shipping (FedEx, UPS, or DHL)	Free	Free	20 EUR Free for orders over 1000 EUR
Express Shipping (FedEx, UPS, or DHL)	20 EUR	25 EUR Free for orders over 1000 EUR	35 EUR Free for orders over 600 EUR

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding local holidays: 1st January, 6th January, 10th April, 1st May, 3rd May, 8th June, 15th August, 1st November, 11th November, 25th December, 26th December.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. TSYRK cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of TSYRK.

Please note that orders above 2500 USD shipped to the United States require a formal customs clearance. DHL/UPS may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or a social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer's national tax/customs authorities.

REFUSED DELIVERY

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
